Job Purpose
The Dietetic Associate Practitioner (DAP) delivers high-quality, protocol-led nutrition and behaviour change support for adults living with obesity and related long-term conditions. Working under the supervision and delegation of a registered dietitian, the DAP provides structured patient education, routine follow-up, lifestyle coaching, and monitoring within clearly defined clinical pathways, ensuring patients remain engaged and receive consistent, evidence-based care.
The role is primarily focused on supporting patients within the Wraparound pathway, where care centres on sustainable behaviour change rather than medication management or complex dietetic assessment. The DAP plays a key role in maintaining patient flow, identifying clinical or behavioural concerns that require escalation, and supporting safe, efficient service delivery through accurate documentation, adherence to approved protocols, and close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
By undertaking protocolised clinical and administrative activity, the role releases registered clinicians to focus on complex decision-making, supervision, governance, and service development, supporting Roczen's ability to deliver safe, scalable digital care.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
