Role Description

The Dietician | Clinical + Wellness role at MantraCare is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering evidence-based nutrition care to diverse populations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Developing personalized meal plans

The dietician collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams, applies medical nutrition therapy protocols, and supports weight management programs aligned with MantraCare’s AI-powered care pathways. The role also involves:

  • Documenting clinical encounters
  • Tracking progress
  • Educating clients on sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term health and prevention

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply current evidence-based guidelines.
  • Experience in Nutritional Counseling, including motivational interviewing and client education in virtual settings.
  • Proficiency in Medical Nutrition Therapy for chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and MSK-related concerns.
  • Skills in Weight Management program design, including individualized meal planning and behavior-change support.
  • Relevant degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; registration or licensure as a dietician/nutrition professional where applicable.
  • Comfort using digital health platforms, telehealth tools, and electronic documentation systems.
  • Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work collaboratively in remote, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in corporate wellness, chronic care management, or AI-enabled health programs is an advantage.
