Working within established clinical pathways, the post holder manages a delegated caseload of patients across Roczen programmes, providing holistic dietetic care, undertaking clinical assessments, developing individualised care plans and monitoring patient progress. They exercise professional judgement within their scope of practice, recognising when patients require escalation to a Senior Dietitian, doctor or wider multidisciplinary team.
The role combines high-quality clinical care with strong clinical governance, accurate documentation and collaborative working to support the delivery of safe, effective and scalable digital obesity services.

Clinical Decision Making and Patient Safety
- Practise autonomously within HCPC standards and organisational clinical governance frameworks.

- Seek timely senior advice where patient complexity exceeds own competence or delegated scope.
- Contribute to safe prescribing through accurate assessment and clear clinical recommendations.
- Maintain professional accountability for clinical decisions made within own scope of practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
