We are hiring a Dietitian

We are hiring a Dietitian to join Xyla who are an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system.
In this role you will:
- Provide behavioural and lifestyle change guidance to service users on the NHS digital weight management programme.
- Deliver personalised one to one patient consultations via telephone call, using motivational interviewing and behavioural support to work towards their health goals.
- Maintain accurate, confidential and up to date clinical records and maintain confidentiality.
- Support the service user engagement strategy to drive service user satisfaction and retention.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified dietitian, HCPC registered.
- Experience working with individuals to achieve health goals.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- A passion for health improvement.
