From pioneering machine-led solutions through Smart Series to strengthening our core liquids portfolio, we are building the next generation of growth platforms for Dirt Is Good.
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial innovation leader to help bring these growth opportunities to life.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and future-focused Brand Innovation Manager to lead key growth initiatives across Smart Series and Core Liquids. This role will play a critical part in developing and delivering breakthrough innovation platforms that strengthen DIG's leadership in laundry and unlock new sources of growth. Working at the intersection of consumer insight, technology, product innovation, and commercial strategy, you will help shape the future innovation pipeline while driving the successful delivery of priority projects.
You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, CMI, Supply Chain, Design, Procurement, Finance, and local markets to develop winning propositions, validate opportunities, and bring innovations to market at pace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Smart Series Innovation Platforms
- Lead the development and deployment of Smart Series innovation platforms and future pipeline opportunities.
- Identify emerging consumer, technology, and category trends to inform future innovation opportunities.
- Develop compelling consumer propositions that deliver differentiated experiences and strengthen category leadership.
- Support the development of ecosystem partnerships and external collaborations that unlock new consumer value.

Drive Core Liquids Innovation
- Lead key innovation and renovation projects across the DIG Core Liquids portfolio.
- Develop future innovation roadmaps that support portfolio growth, premiumisation, and competitiveness.
- Partner with R&D and Design teams to create superior products, propositions, and pack experiences.
- Ensure innovation programmes are grounded in strong consumer and market insights.

Deliver End-to-End Innovation
- Develop and execute innovation projects from concept creation through launch and scale-up.
- Own business case development, opportunity sizing, and commercial evaluation.
- Manage innovation governance and gatekeeping processes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and decision making throughout project delivery.

Partner with Markets for Growth
- Collaborate with local market teams to validate concepts, optimise execution, and drive successful deployment.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
- Capture and apply learnings from pilots and market launches to continuously improve future innovation.

Build Strong Innovation Narratives
- Create compelling stories and recommendations to influence senior stakeholders.
- Translate insights, technologies, and consumer needs into clear business opportunities.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are looking for someone with a passion for innovation, a strong growth mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a strong innovation mindset and passion for creating consumer-centric growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of consumer insight and ability to translate insights into compelling propositions.
- Commercial acumen, including opportunity sizing, business case development, and portfolio management.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and drive pace.
- Collaborative approach and proven ability to build strong partnerships across global and local teams.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, evolving consumer behaviours, and future category opportunities.
- Bias for action and strong ownership mindset.
