Digital Account Director
📍 Leeds – 2 days a week
💰 £45–50k DOE
We’re working with a leading and very well-established digital agency in Leeds, that is looking for a commercially-minded Account Director (or a Senior Account Manager who is ready to make that step up) to lead a portfolio of national clients across performance marketing and digital strategy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s already comfortable leading senior conversations, spotting growth opportunities and helping clients connect marketing activity to proper business impact.
You’ll be the trusted partner for your clients, helping them make sense of performance, shape clear digital plans and get the very best from the specialist teams around you. You’ll work closely with experts across paid media, search, data and digital activation, while also supporting and developing junior members of the client services team.
A great move for someone who enjoys the balance of strategic client leadership, commercial thinking and enough hands-on digital knowledge to ask the right questions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
