Digital Account Executive - B2B channel marketing agency

£28,000 - £34,000

Location - day to day will be remote, however they do once a month team working days in either London or Reading, you will also have a need to attend ad hoc client meetings and events within the Berkshire area on an as and when basis.

We're working with a specialist channel marketing agency who need an Account Executive to support their Client Services team across a number of client accounts.

This is a hands on coordination and administration role, and a great starting point for someone building a career in a marketing agency or client services. You'll join client calls, capture actions, keep systems and project files up to date, help with invoicing, and make sure the account team has everything it needs to keep moving.

You won't be expected to own accounts from day one, but you will be expected to take ownership of what's on your plate, follow it through, and build your knowledge and confidence as you go. Previous agency or marketing experience would help but isn't essential. What matters more is being organised, proactive and keen to learn.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting Account Managers and Senior Account Managers day to day
  • Joining client calls, taking notes and capturing clear actions and deadlines
  • Helping prepare meeting agendas, presentations and supporting materials
  • Setting up and maintaining projects within internal systems
  • Coordinating briefs, feedback, amends and approvals
  • Supporting invoicing, purchase orders and budget administration
  • Keeping CRM and project records accurate and up to date
  • Liaising with preferred partners and suppliers
