About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Media Planner & Buyer to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in planning, buying and optimising digital advertising campaigns who is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-growing independent agency.
You'll play a key role in delivering campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, working across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic display. From media planning and campaign activation through to optimisation, reporting and client recommendations, you'll be involved throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

We're looking for someone analytical, commercially minded and passionate about delivering strong results. You'll be confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, working collaboratively with colleagues and building strong relationships with media partners and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, building and managing paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
- Monitoring campaign performance and proactively optimising campaigns to maximise results
- Producing insightful campaign reports and presenting recommendations to the wider team and clients
- Supporting the development of media strategies, audience research and campaign proposals
- Supporting in the creation of organic social media content calendars across a variety of client accounts
- Identifying content opportunities, key moments and seasonal activity to keep clients' social channels engaging and relevant
- Monitoring social media trends, platform updates and emerging formats to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve
- Researching competitor activity and consumer behaviour to uncover new opportunities and campaign ideas
- Working closely with media owners and suppliers to secure campaign opportunities and added value
- Managing campaign budgets, timelines and media plans
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok or similar advertising platforms
- An understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms and emerging digital marketing opportunities
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable recommendations
- Experience producing campaign reports and presenting findings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Canva
- A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine passion for advertising and marketing
- Experience creating or managing organic social media content calendars
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Please note: Due to our office location, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
