Digital Account Executive
✨ We are Four
Four is a leading, independent, international agency. From our hubs in the UK and UAE, we bring media, creative and communications together under one roof to help clients move people, change minds and make a measurable difference.
We are sector-led, integrated by design and always looking towards what is next. That means earned, owned and paid working together from the start, not being stitched together at the end.
The opportunity
We are looking for a curious and organised Digital Account Executive to join our team. You will sit at the heart of client accounts, helping turn briefs into well-planned, well-run and effective digital campaigns.
This is a hands-on role. One day you could be researching an audience or preparing a client presentation. The next, you could be setting up paid social activity, checking campaign delivery or helping turn performance data into a clear recommendation. You will work across teams, platforms and sectors, learning from specialists while building a broad understanding of modern agency life.
What you will do
Keep client work moving
- Help manage day-to-day activity across client accounts, keeping actions, timings and deliverables on track.
- Respond to client requests promptly, accurately and with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Prepare status reports, contact reports, presentations, campaign updates and other client materials.
- Join client calls, meetings and events, contributing effectively and representing Four professionally.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, media owners and suppliers.
Plan and deliver digital campaigns
- Support paid campaigns across Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube, Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Help with campaign preparation and set-up, including audience selection, keyword research, copywriting, formats, tracking and asset requirements.
- Turn client objectives into clear briefs and practical digital media plans, with support from senior colleagues.
- Coordinate with creative, content and account teams so campaigns launch with the right assets, specifications and approvals.
- Monitor delivery, budgets and performance, flagging issues early and spotting opportunities to improve results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to learn.
Digital Know-how
You will have working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams. Training and support will be part of the role. We are interested in what you can do and your willingness to learn, not in a single route into the profession or a particular type of qualification.
