Enjoy building client relationships and helping businesses grow? Confident managing SEO accounts and turning performance data into meaningful conversations? Looking for an agency where you can take ownership and progress towards a Senior Account Manager role?
We’re working with an established digital marketing agency in Bristol to find an Account Manager for their friendly, collaborative team. Working across SEO, Paid Media, Content and Web, they help clients improve their digital performance and build lasting partnerships along the way.
You’ll join a down-to-earth team who care about doing good work, support each other and give people the opportunity to develop. There’s plenty of scope to contribute ideas and make an impact as the agency grows.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and helping clients get the most from their digital marketing. Working alongside a Senior Account Manager and reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for retention, renewals and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Many of the agency’s clients have SEO at the heart of their strategy, so previous experience managing SEO accounts is essential. You’ll lead performance reviews, explain results clearly and help clients understand how the work connects to their wider business goals. Dedicated channel specialists will handle technical delivery, giving you the space to focus on client relationships, commercial conversations and keeping projects moving.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
