Role Description

The Digital Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the City of Nottingham, with flexibility for some work from home. This role manages day-to-day relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to understand their goals and translate them into effective digital strategies and campaigns.   • Overseeing project delivery for branding, web, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Coordinating internal teams
  • Monitoring performance
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Proactively identifying growth opportunities for client accounts
  • Supporting sales and proposal development
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and client experience

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management skills, including client relationship building, stakeholder management, and retention
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and active listening
  • Experience in Digital Strategy, including campaign planning, performance analysis, and understanding of web and marketing channels
  • Sales-related skills, such as identifying upsell opportunities, supporting proposals, and contributing to business development
  • Project Management skills, including planning, coordination of cross-functional teams, time management, and task prioritization
  • Knowledge of branding, websites, and digital marketing tools and platforms is highly beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-organization, accountability, and collaboration with remote and on-site colleagues
  • Prior experience in an agency or consultancy setting and a background in marketing, communications, or a related field are advantageous
