Digital Account Manager
London | Hybrid (2 days per week) | Up to £45,000
Ruby Magpie is recruiting on behalf of an award-winning B2B marketing agency looking to hire a Digital Account Manager to join its growing marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of global B2B brands across sectors including technology, SaaS, cybersecurity and professional services. You'll combine strategic client management with hands-on campaign delivery, helping clients solve business challenges through integrated digital marketing.
This is not a role where you'll simply brief specialist teams. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building campaigns themselves and using data and insight to continually optimise performance.
The Role
Working with a range of B2B clients, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing marketing recommendations
- Managing client relationships
- Delivering integrated digital campaigns
A significant part of the role involves creating, managing and optimising paid media campaigns, particularly across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (PPC/Search). Alongside paid media, you'll contribute to wider integrated marketing activity including SEO, email marketing, website optimisation, content marketing, webinars, ABM and demand generation. You do not need experience with the other channels but you need hands-on experience with paid media.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
