Senior Digital Account Manager – Digital Marketing
Salary: c£55k basic + benefits
Location: Hybrid – Leeds (2 days per week ideally)
Contract: Perm / full-time
About the Role
Own client relationships. Lead multi-channel strategy. Drive account growth. We're hiring a Senior Digital Account Manager for a performance marketing agency working across a complex, multi-channel client portfolio.
The Day to Day
- You'll be the key contact for a portfolio of clients, from day-to-day stakeholders to senior decision-makers.
- You'll lead channel strategy, sign off briefs, and keep performance on track through forecasting and reporting.
- You'll support pitches and new business and help shape account growth year on year.

Essentials
- Experience managing multi-channel digital accounts and senior client relationships
- Confident across the performance marketing mix, able to lead channel planning
- Experience in pitch responses or new business presentations
- Strong commercial awareness: forecasting, reporting

Good to Have
- Google or Meta accreditations
- Experience with GA4, SEMRush, Ahrefs or SimilarWeb
- Line management or mentoring experience
- Track record identifying cross-sell or growth opportunities
