About the Role
I am working with a UK Client looking for a Digital Account Manager with experience in IT MSP or SaaS environments. The role focuses on managing and growing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping businesses improve how they adopt, manage, and implement technology solutions.
They are looking for someone with strong expertise in this field. You should be highly proactive and can get stuck in and involved with the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Work with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts.
- Deliver client presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Represent the business at industry and networking events.
What We Are Looking For
- IT MSP or SaaS experience
- A proactive individual with good communication
- Transformation and digital tools experience
- Familiarity with a range of IT products.
