Join a Growing B2B Marketing Team

We're seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join an ambitious and growing marketing agency that specialises in B2B technology and professional services clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused marketer with experience in social media, influencer marketing, paid media, and client account management. You'll play a key role in developing and delivering integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.

About The Role

As Digital Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic social media, PPC, content marketing, and influencer programmes. You'll collaborate with designers, PR specialists, and senior marketing leaders to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and campaign delivery.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable marketing plans and activities.
  • Lead client meetings and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and against agreed KPIs.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Monitor account profitability and resource allocation.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Develop social media strategies, channel plans, and content calendars.
  • Manage paid and organic social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging social media content and campaign briefs.
  • Identify, manage, and collaborate with influencers and industry advocates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
  • Conduct social listening and audience analysis to inform strategy.

Integrated Marketing

  • Support wider digital marketing and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Analyse performance data from social media, SEO, and web analytics platforms.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to integrated marketing programmes that align PR, content, and digital activity.

About You

You'll be a confident client manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B social media and influencer marketing.
  • Experience managing client accounts in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong knowledge of paid and organic social media.
  • Experience with paid search and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.

  • Experience across the wider digital marketing mix.
  • Knowledge of the B2B technology sector.
  • Interest in integrated marketing strategy and planning.
