3 Month Contract

Inside IR35 Hybrid working

We are hiring an Digital Account Manager on an initial 3 month contract to join Starcom, and work on an exciting, high-profile global banking client.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative international team, supporting the delivery of innovative campaigns across multiple markets. This is not an activation role, you will play an integral part of connecting local briefs and ensure all elements are in place for the activation team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate the delivery of campaigns across multiple international markets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, becoming a trusted day-to-day point of contact.
  • Support the development and execution of media plans, briefs, reporting and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign and operational processes, identifying risks and helping teams navigate challenges effectively.
  • Partner closely with activation, investment, performance and operations teams to drive collaboration and best practice.
  • Support financial and operational management, including purchase orders, billing processes and workflow tracking.
  • Contribute to innovation, process improvements and the adoption of AI and technology solutions that enhance productivity.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Experience managing digital media campaigns within an agency, media or marketing environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Knowledge of key digital channels including paid social, search and programmatic media.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions and maintain momentum across projects.
