About the Role
Have you got what it takes to work for an award-winning agency which puts people and the environment first? Mosaic is excited to announce a rare opportunity to join its team.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to manage and develop digital marketing activity for our portfolio of clients.
This is a varied agency role combining client account management with hands-on oversight of PPC and SEO/GEO campaigns and the project management of website developments.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, and take on day-to-day ownership of PPC and organic search activity, using performance data and insight to recommend improvements and demonstrate results.
You do not need to be a website developer, but you will need sufficient digital and technical understanding to scope requirements, challenge where necessary and explain recommendations clearly to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of digital clients, becoming a trusted point of contact for their website, PPC and search activity.
- Understand each client’s organisation, audiences, objectives and priorities and translate these into clear digital activity and deliverables.
- Lead client meetings, provide progress updates and make clear, practical recommendations.
- Manage agreed budgets, scopes, deadlines and priorities, identifying potential issues or changes in scope early.
- Coordinate activity across Mosaic’s digital, content and account teams
- Identify opportunities to improve client results and develop existing accounts where appropriate.
Website Project Management
- Manage website projects from initial brief and scoping through development, testing, client approval, launch and handover.
- Maintain project plans, actions and deadlines, ensuring the process is clearly understood.
- Review work during development and coordinate testing, amendments and client feedback.
- Ensure websites meet the agreed brief and appropriate standards for usability, accessibility, search visibility and performance.
- Coordinate ongoing website improvements, maintenance and development requirements.
- Maintain clear records of project decisions, agreed changes and client approvals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
