Dynamic Digital Account Manager

Dynamic digital account manager required for leading reputation management company Igniyte.

About the Role

This is a real opportunity to make your mark in a small vibrant team and direct and manage key client accounts at a time when the business is expanding into new territories.

You will be responsible for:

  • Client project direction, day to day management and progress
  • Briefing and managing all work-streams with the wider PR, content, social media, tech and client management teams and mentoring junior team members; building and sharing knowledge.

You will report to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day key contact and project lead on client accounts – responsible for setting up and running and reporting projects
  • Responsible for client project direction and progress
  • Developing relationships and trust with clients and managing all communication, updates and reporting against any KPIs
  • Brainstorming ideas and solutions and briefing tasks to the wider team (PR, content, social media, etc.)
  • Working with the wider team to deliver projects and build and share knowledge
  • Attending meetings and inputting into new business presentations as required
  • Using tools such as SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Meltwater to enable workflow
  • Proactive approach - reviewing projects with the senior team and suggesting new strategies
  • Understanding different the service areas Igniyte offer and the needs of different clients, such as review management, challenging negative content, crisis comms, content creation and SEO, social media management, PR, etc.
  • Organised and proactive – works well individually and as part of the wider team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in account management in an agency environment – with exposure to any or all of the following disciplines: PR, communications, SEO,
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively and technically
