We're looking for an eCommerce obsessed Account Manager to join our team.
You press that launch button, and a new website goes live. But what happens next?
At Kubix, we're a Shopify Platinum Partner building online stores for brands across fashion, fitness, food, furniture and more. But launch day is only the start. Just like a physical store, a Shopify store needs regular updates, new ideas, and a lick of paint every now and again - and that's where you come in.
We're looking for a mid-level Account Manager who is obsessed with the "what's next" behind every website. Unlike a marketing AM juggling emails or ad campaigns, you'll be website-focused, owning the ongoing relationship between our clients and their Shopify stores, spotting the improvements they haven't thought of yet, and turning them into a roadmap for growth.
What You'll Do
- Roadmap Ownership: Build and maintain an eCommerce roadmap for each client, aligned to their business objectives and where their store needs to go next.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement across existing stores - from a simple UX tweak to the implementation of new technology like a loyalty scheme.
- Data-Led Recommendations: Dig into store performance data to spot where a small operational change could have a big impact on the bottom line.
- Development Briefing: Brief our development team with clear, relevant tasks based on client goals, and keep work moving in the right direction.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside designers, developers and solutions engineers to pull together everything a client needs.
- Client Partnership: Be the bridge between the client and the Kubix team. The person who sees what they can't, and finds solutions they'd never have found alone.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
