Digital Account Manager

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join the Account Management team. Working with both our UK and European partners you will manage customer communication and support growth in this area by driving sales for the business. Knowledge or experience working with online beauty channels would be preferable, but not essential. Key accounts include Zalando, Look Fantastic, ASOS and Debenhams Group.

The ideal person will be someone who embraces Revolution's dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment and being comfortable with collaboration across all parts of the business.

What you'll do:

  • Wholly manage the accounts including (but not limited to) timelines, retailer expectations, newness coordination with global launches, sales, spend, and promotional cadence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan, develop and implement an annual Joint Business plan with the key customers.
  • Review NPD, competitor, and promotional activity to maximise learnings and share with the business
  • Create Gross and Net financial forecasts for the account and report performance weekly to Head of Sales, identifying upsides and proactively addressing any short falls
  • Work collaboratively with Demand Planning to align financial forecast to unit demand and proactively submit in line with the business-critical path
  • Manage marketing activity & promotional spend effectively to maximise brand awareness and profitability.
  • Approve invoices and prepare accurate monthly financial accruals
  • Lead both internal and external commercial review meetings to align internal actions, providing quality analysis and insights.
  • Champion the role of digital within the business and identify opportunities for retailer collaboration and exclusives.
  • Identify new business growth opportunities and support the on-boarding process.
  • Manage and develop a National Account Executive
  • Be part of a team that achieves (and exceeds) sales targets, profit expectations, and customer objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
