If you love digital marketing but believe in response over vanity metrics and are done with traditional agency life, then keep reading....

About Us

Leeds:List believes in creating better digital experiences that inspire people to act. Its a simple ambition, but it drives everything we do. We make content that people want to read and campaigns that help our brand partners find new customers without the need for annoying ads or privacy-invading methods.

We are a digital agency and media platform without the agency politics. Because the media channels are ours, we own the audience, and our data science means we intelligently create content and campaigns that make our readers want to take action.

We work with our clients to understand their needs and we use our audience insights to lead their strategy on our platforms. The result? Readers see campaigns that are relevant and they want to read. And clients see amazing results, just see for yourself...

  • 22 conversion for CityFibre,
  • 4.4 conversion rate for LNER
  • An industry-beating average time-on-page of 02:26
  • And, an almost unbelievable bounce rate of just 5.9%

We're an ambitious but small, tight-knit team who all muck in and share in our success. Everyone has a voice, everyone is expected to add value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for fantastic account executives to build up our client services team after a bunch of new business wins.

Responsibilities

This role handles delivery and onboarding after a client win, managing the campaign from inception, discovery, asset collection through to evaluation and rebooking.

You'll need to know all the stages required to deliver a great digital content campaign and stay true to our values of delivering something excellent, every time.

We're looking for those who will create a seamless client experience, who will dig deeper and push harder to make sure the campaign delivers the best possible results.

You'll need to be a people person. Someone who can manage stakeholders at every level, building their trust and possessing the confidence to present ideas and push back on amends.

Whether you're coming from an account handling role in an agency or from a client-side position, you'll use the skills you've developed to take responsibility for the success of campaigns and the happiness of our client partners.

Digital experience is essential, including analytics and measurement to thoroughly grasp every stage of a digital campaign.
