Digital Accounts Coordinator, Intl.

Status: Full-time

Hours: 40/week, Monday - Friday, 9 am-6 pm

Location: London, UK

Reports to: Senior Digital Accounts Manager, Intl.

Position Summary

Secretly Distribution seeks a Digital Account Coordinator. This is a full-time position based out of our London office. The new hire will provide support for UK, EU, and ROTW DSP relationships. This includes working closely with our existing digital marketing team to support release pitching efforts, managing weekly performance reporting, and presenting best practices to distributed partners. This role reports to the Senior Digital Accounts Manager, Intl.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing and submitting weekly pitching requirements to key DSP partners
  • Sculpt weekly reports detailing the promotional visibility for new releases and relevant performance metrics
  • Collate and share weekly consumption and streaming reports for internal teams
  • Collect and analyze pertinent data for high-profile campaigns
  • Advise distributed partners on best practices related to the digital marketplace
  • Maintain an awareness of developments within the digital music landscape and sharing insight with distributed partners
  • Build relationships and identify opportunities at emerging digital platforms
  • Join and contribute to regular calls / in-person meetings

The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates

  • 1+ years of experience at a label, distributor, artist management company or DSP in a digital marketing, streaming, sales, or project management role
  • Pre-existing relationships or account management experience with DSPs a plus
  • A keen interest in crunching numbers and an affinity with tools such as Microsoft Excel
  • Active interest in emerging technologies and trends as they relate to the digital music landscape
  • Effective communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Interest and knowledge of Secretly Distribution’s catalog and current roster of distributed partners
  • A deep passion for discovering and talking about new music across a variety of genres
