Digital Acquisition Executive
We're looking for a Digital Acquisition Executive to join our growing Digital Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious digital marketer who is passionate about paid media, customer acquisition and driving commercial performance through data-led decision making.
Working closely with the Digital Acquisition Manager, you'll help drive customers to the Evri website through a range of acquisition strategies across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Affiliate channels. You'll gain hands-on experience managing campaigns, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion and return on investment.
What you'll do
You'll support the delivery and optimisation of acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, helping drive traffic, conversions and customer growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of best-in-class PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Affiliate campaigns
- Set up and execute campaign activity with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Create PPC ad copy and paid social/display creative briefs and support a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimisation
- Collaborate with UX, Marketing and Design teams to develop landing pages and campaign assets that maximise performance
- Work with the Digital Acquisition Manager to deliver campaigns against commercial KPIs and performance targets
- Support the growth of the affiliate channel alongside external partners and agencies
- Use paid media and promotional activity to acquire new customers while increasing engagement and retention amongst existing customers
- Support the management and pacing of paid media budgets, carrying out regular budget checks to maximise ROI
- Build and maintain acquisition reporting dashboards and communicate campaign performance to stakeholders
- Conduct campaign analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations
- Support the ongoing development of customer cohort reporting and lifetime value analysis with Analytics teams
- Work closely with SEO colleagues to ensure paid and organic strategies are aligned
- Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions and knowledge sharing
- Stay up to date with industry news, platform developments and emerging digital marketing trends.

What we're looking for
- Around 1+ year of experience in a Digital Acquisition, Performance Marketing or Conversion-focused role
- Experience working within a B2C, C2C or eCommerce environment
- Good knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliate marketing channels
- Experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data from multiple sources
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Strong commercial awareness and an interest in driving business performance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Google Ads certifications or equivalent digital marketing qualifications would be beneficial
- Experience with SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager and the wider Google Marketing Platform would be advantageous
- Previous retail or consumer marketing experience is desirable but not essential
