Working with Scheme Providers, certification bodies, trade associations and businesses throughout the UK, we help consumers identify businesses committed to recognised standards of competence and quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
You'll bring practical experience in B2B digital acquisition, performance marketing, membership growth or lead generation, with evidence of building pipelines and converting prospects into customers or members.
We're particularly interested in someone who has helped develop or improve acquisition processes rather than simply inherited established campaigns.
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, digital acquisition or membership growth
- Hands-on experience planning and delivering targeted digital and email campaigns
- Strong CRM knowledge, including prospect management, segmentation and reporting
- Experience building lead pipelines from databases, directories or structured data sources
- Confidence analysing campaign performance, conversion funnels and acquisition KPIs
- Experience testing messaging, channels and outreach strategies to improve results

- Knowledge of construction, home improvement, trade associations or competent person schemes
- Experience developing acquisition journeys in a growing or transforming organisation
The Person Behind the Experience
This is a role for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of acquisition.
You'll be curious about what motivates businesses to join, commercially aware enough to recognise opportunities and practical enough to turn your thinking into campaigns that deliver.
You'll be comfortable working independently, experimenting with new approaches and sharing honest feedback about what's working and what needs to change.
Above all, you'll enjoy the opportunity to build something rather than simply maintain it.
