About the role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Adoption & Enablement Manager to play a key role in driving JCB’s adoption of our suite of sales and marketing tools.
In this role, you’ll lead the rollout of engagement programme, ensuring a consistent, high-quality digital experience across our global dealer network. You’ll combine creativity with strong analytical skills to increase adoption, improve utilisation, and optimise digital activity across multiple tools & systems.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help drive the future of JCB’s digital tool set delivering measurable results against business objectives.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Driving the global adoption strategy for JCB’s dealer-facing digital sales and marketing platforms
- Designing and implementing automated engagement programmes, including onboarding journeys, personalised communications, feature awareness campaigns and dealer re-engagement initiatives
- Analysing platform usage, adoption and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and maximise commercial value
- Developing and maintaining executive dashboards and KPI reporting to measure platform performance, dealer engagement and adoption trends
- Delivering presentations, webinars, workshops and training events to support dealers and regional teams in maximising platform utilisation
- Collaborating with Global Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, IT and external technology partners to improve dealer engagement and platform effectiveness
- Leading digital change initiatives across international markets, creating training materials, best practice guides and user communication programmes
- Acting as an advocate for digital transformation, supporting dealers through the implementation and adoption of new tools and capabilities
- Gathering dealer feedback and translating insights into platform enhancements, improved user experiences and increased automation
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, reduce manual effort and improve sales and marketing effectiveness across the dealer network

This will be suited to you if…
- You have experience in digital enablement, digital transformation, marketing automation or CRM programmes
- You're passionate about driving technology adoption and helping users realise the value of digital platforms
- You have experience working with international dealer, distributor or partner networks
- You're confident in analysing data and developing reports that turn insights into meaningful business improvements
- You have experience using marketing automation and customer engagement platforms
- You are an excellent communicator, comfortable delivering presentations, workshops and training to a wide range of audiences
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and can build effective relationships across multiple teams and regions
- You can influence behavioural change and lead adoption initiatives in a collaborative and engaging way
- You are highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- You bring a proactive mindset, enjoy continuous improvement and are always looking for better ways to enhance user experience and business performance
- You understand customer journey optimisation, change management and digital adoption best practices
