Digital Adoption Specialist | 12-Month FTC

📍 City of London | Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)
đź’° Up to ÂŁ70,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

I'm currently working with a leading London Market insurer that is investing heavily in AI, digital transformation, and the future of underwriting.

They're looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to play a key role in ensuring new technologies don't just get launched—they get adopted.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting between technology and the business, helping colleagues build confidence with new digital tools while working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams.

This role would suit someone who is creative, energetic, and a real people person—someone who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, designing innovative learning experiences, and making technology accessible, practical, and exciting for end users.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous but is by no means essential.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join an organisation at the forefront of AI and digital innovation, where you'll have genuine influence on how new technology is embraced across the business.
