Central FM is looking for an ambitious, motivated and commercially minded Digital Advertising Sales Executive to grow our mobile advertising business across Forth Valley.

This is a new business sales role focused on helping local businesses reach more customers through highly targeted mobile advertising campaigns. Working with our Ads 360 digital platform, you will identify opportunities, build relationships, and create bespoke campaigns that deliver measurable results for clients. If you enjoy meeting people, developing relationships, and closing business, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and appointments.
  • Build long-term relationships with local businesses across Forth Valley.
  • Identify clients' marketing objectives and recommend suitable digital advertising solutions.
  • Sell Central FM's mobile advertising products and digital campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to campaign launch.
  • Work closely with campaign delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM.
  • Deliver monthly sales targets and KPI activity.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Attend networking and business events to promote Central FM.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A confident communicator with excellent people skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude.
  • Organized with excellent time management.
  • Commercially aware and target driven.
  • Confident presenting ideas and solutions.
  • Able to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding solutions for clients.

Desirable Experience

  • People Person
  • Previous B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing sales. Not essential
  • Experience generating new business.
  • Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
