About Us

We are a long established UK growth agency, specialising in driving growth for our clients via PPC, SEO, and CRO, and we are looking for an experienced Digital Agency Project Manager to take ownership of client delivery across digital marketing services - including PPC, SEO, CRO, and creative projects - ensuring cohesive strategy, timely execution, and outstanding client outcomes.

The Role

This is a full-time, permanent, remote-first role, only requiring attendance to one team meet-up in Sheffield per month, and very occasional client meetings. Day to day we all attend a daily team Google Meet call to get the best balance of remote working yet keeping connected to a team.

This is not a purely administrative role. You’ll play a strategic part in client relationships, cross-functional coordination, and performance oversight - acting as the glue that binds specialists and ensures delivery aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Point of Contact for our tier 1 clients, managing calls, communication, project planning, priorities, and deadlines
  • Leading or Participating in several client and account manager calls each week
  • Owning Project Plans, priorities, actions, and deadlines
  • Coordinating Work across SEO, PPC, CRO, design, and other specialists
  • Ensuring All Services contribute to a unified client strategy
  • Translating Strategic Discussions into clear, time-bound actions and owners
  • Proactively Monitoring Progress and flagging potential delays
  • Identifying Delivery Risks, performance concerns, and communication gaps
  • Constructively Challenging Specialists when priorities or recommendations need scrutiny
  • Advocating for Strategy over scope creep by respectfully pushing back on client requests that conflict with agreed goals
  • Maintaining Visibility across lower-touch accounts to surface risks and opportunities
  • Supporting Client Retention, renewals, and relationship growth
  • Identifying Upsell or Strategic Project Opportunities
  • Reporting to and Collaborating Closely with the management team
  • Contributing to the Evolution of our project management frameworks and workflows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
