Location
London-based (2-3 days a week in the office) with remote.

Circa £65,000 - £80,000 + Excellent Benefits

About the Role
This is a newly created and greenfield opportunity for a seasoned and experienced Digital Adoption and AI Enablement Specialist.
This position is with a fast-growing and highly innovative insurer based in the City of London. Currently going through a huge period of Digital Transformation and AI Product Development across the business.

We now urgently require an experienced Digital Adoption and AI Enablement Specialist who can work with both Business Stakeholders and Technical Product and Digital Teams to help the client empower, train, and deliver new AI initiatives, tools, and platforms across all business areas. We are looking for candidates who have a wealth of experience in:

- Helping clients turn AI and Digital Innovation into modern ways of working
- Providing innovative ways to teach, train, and learn business users and stakeholders in new AI and digital applications and tools
- Working with the Digital Engineering and Product Development teams and help streamline automation and promote better use of AI across the various platforms
- Promoting the adoption of AI tools (i.e., Copilot, Claude) into the business
- Helping the client accelerate Digital and AI adoption by providing hands-on learning, development, and training packages.
