Oxford Pharmacy Store (OPS) is a specialized directorate of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, providing a wide range of pharmaceutical products and services to the NHS and other healthcare providers across the UK.
We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital and AI Development Manager to lead the delivery of our digital transformation agenda.

Working closely with the Senior Management Team, Trust IM&T, suppliers, and operational teams, the post holder will:
- Lead a portfolio of digital projects
- Oversee the development and optimization of business systems
- Help shape the future digital roadmap for OPS
This includes:
- Evaluating emerging technologies
- Supporting data-driven decision making
- Enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities
- Ensuring that digital investments deliver measurable benefits

The successful candidate will be comfortable translating business needs into practical digital solutions and will have a strong understanding of:
- Governance
- Information management
- Change management principles
