Digital Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 + Bonus + Benefits
About the Role
We are partnering with an established UK-based organisation to recruit a Digital Analyst to join a growing digital analytics function. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically minded professional with hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to help shape digital product development and optimisation strategies across a large-scale digital estate, including websites, customer portals, online journeys, and mobile experiences.
You'll work closely with product, marketing, technology, and analytics teams, delivering actionable insights that improve customer experiences and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse digital performance data across multiple platforms and datasets
- Partner with product and marketing teams to identify opportunities, challenges, and optimisation initiatives
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making and prioritisation
- Design, build, and maintain performance reports and dashboards
- Monitor and improve data quality, identifying and resolving tagging and tracking issues
- Support the implementation and management of tracking through Google Tag Manager
- Maintain and optimise Google Analytics 4 environments
- Present findings and recommendations to a range of business stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams on tracking implementations and measurement frameworks

About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2+ years' experience in a Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Experience managing tags, triggers, variables, and data layers using Google Tag Manager
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio and/or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive approach to learning and continuous development
