£45,000-£50,000 Stockport - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
I'm hiring a Digital Analyst for a leading UK health and life insurance business, supporting a major programme of digital transformation across web and app experiences.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong web analytics experience who wants to work across product, marketing, CRM, and customer experience teams, helping shape how digital journeys are measured, optimised, and improved.
The role
Reporting into the Digital Analytics Manager, you'll be the go-to analyst for website and app performance, helping stakeholders understand customer behaviour and make data-driven decisions.

What you'll be doing
- Analyse customer behaviour across web and app journeys
- Support product teams with performance analysis and optimisation opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience
- Deliver reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder insights
- Support experimentation and optimisation initiatives
- Manage and maintain tagging implementations using Google Tag Manager
- Support the management of Google Analytics 4 and digital measurement frameworks
- Work with technical teams to improve tracking and data quality
- Support the rollout and measurement of a growing mobile app proposition
What they're looking for
Essential
- Strong Google Analytics 4 experience
- Experience using Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers, variables, and data layers
- Experience working with digital, web, or customer analytics
- Dashboarding and visualisation experience (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
