Digital Analyst - 12 Month FTC

Up to £52,000 + benefits | London | Hybrid working

A leading UK organisation is looking for a Digital Analyst to join its Digital Analytics function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a genuine digital analytics role, rather than a pure tagging implementation position. You'll work across web and app analytics, supporting product, marketing, acquisition and CRO teams with actionable insight and recommendations.

The Role

  • Analyse website and app data to identify opportunities, issues and trends.
  • Support product teams with insight that informs development roadmaps and optimisation.
  • Work with Marketing and Acquisition teams to understand digital performance.
  • Support CRO and experimentation, identifying opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Investigate data and tagging issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.
  • Support digital data collection and tagging implementations.
  • Maintain and develop Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Present findings and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of the organisation's wider digital analytics capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
