What you will do on your journey with WebBeds

As a Digital Analyst, you will drive the adoption of digital tools and automation across WebBeds, helping colleagues make better use of technology investments across finance, commercial, contracting, and corporate processes. You will assess opportunities to remove, simplify, or automate business processes, develop practical automation solutions, and support teams in using tools confidently and sustainably.

This role will help increase productivity across business lines by documenting solutions clearly, building user capability, and promoting continuous improvement in how technology is used across the WebBeds Group.

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

  • Process automation assessment: Review and assess opportunities to simplify, remove, or automate business processes, evaluating the return on investment and value added from each opportunity.
  • Automation project tracking: Establish and maintain a project register for automation and process re-engineering opportunities, ensuring clear timelines, deadlines, accountability, and transparent reporting for senior management.
  • Tool development and adoption: Develop practical automation tools that improve personal productivity across business lines and support teams in embedding these tools into day-to-day ways of working.
  • Documentation and sustainability: Ensure solutions, tools, and process changes are fully documented, easy to understand, and sustainable for users beyond initial implementation.
  • User enablement and support: Support colleagues in building confidence with corporate technology, helping them develop the skills needed to manage their own solutions independently.
  • Continuous improvement: Drive ongoing improvement in the use of technology across corporate offices and the wider WebBeds Group when required.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work with stakeholders across functions to understand business needs, communicate technical concepts clearly, and deliver solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
