Digital Analyst – 12-Month FTC
Greater Manchester (Hybrid – 2x Days a Week in Office)
£45,000-£55,000
The Company
A leading UK financial services and wellbeing business is looking for a Digital Analyst to join its Marketing & Digital Analytics function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The business has a broad digital estate spanning its website, online quote and buy journeys, digital tools, web forms and logged-in customer platforms. The Digital Analytics team works closely with product, marketing and acquisition teams to understand digital behaviour and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and conversion. This is a 12-month FTC role, with the potential for the successful candidate to move into a permanent opportunity if they perform well during the contract.
The Role
This is a hands-on Digital Analyst position with a strong focus on GA4, GTM and digital analytics. You will support product teams across a variety of functions, as well as marketing, acquisition and CRO teams. You'll use digital data to identify opportunities, make recommendations and help improve digital experiences and conversion. This is not a pure GTM implementation role; they are looking for a well-rounded Digital Analyst who is comfortable with both tracking and analysis.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
