The role

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Google Analytics 4 across the business.
  • Own and enhance digital measurement, reporting, and ecommerce tracking across multiple websites.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, conversion funnels, website performance, and ecommerce journeys to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Define data and measurement requirements for website enhancements, campaigns, and digital projects.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Use BigQuery, SQL, and integrated data sources to conduct detailed customer and commercial analysis.
  • Monitor data quality, investigate anomalies, and resolve tracking or reporting issues.
  • Support conversion rate optimisation, experimentation, and performance analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and agency partners to improve analytics capability and business performance.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven tools and approaches to enhance reporting, analysis, and insight generation.
  • Support the continuous improvement of analytics processes, governance, and data literacy across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
