Be the go-to person for digital analytics, driving ecommerce and marketing performance

Own and develop GA4 analytics across a growing retail business

Influence commercial decisions through insight, testing and performance analysis

Join a collaborative analytics team with genuine autonomy and strong benefits

We're looking for a Digital Analyst to become the go-to for digital insight, helping teams better understand customer behaviour, digital performance and the impact of marketing investment. You’ll sit in the central team, working closely with ecommerce, marketing and commercial stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

As a Digital Analyst, you'll take ownership of digital analytics and help stakeholders make better decisions through data. A large part of the role will focus on GA4, helping stakeholders understand customer journeys, campaign effectiveness and website performance. You'll analyse digital activity, measure ROI, support A/B testing programmes and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
