Digital Analyst
London (Hybrid, 3 days per week) | Up to £40,000
An exciting opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join a growing Digital Analytics team, helping drive data-led decisions across customer experience, e-commerce performance, and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical analysis with stakeholder engagement and data storytelling.
The Company
They are a well-established consumer-focused retail business with a significant international digital presence. Their analytics function supports digital commerce teams across multiple markets, delivering insights that improve customer journeys and business performance. The team is investing in its data capabilities and is currently evolving its reporting and analytics environment, creating excellent opportunities for development and impact.
The Role
You will:
- Analyse digital and e-commerce data to uncover actionable insights.
- Use SQL and Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to understand customer behaviour.
- Evaluate customer journeys and website performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support marketing performance and attribution analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI.
- Present insights and recommendations to a range of business stakeholders.
- Partner with teams on A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
- Support analytics tracking, tagging validation, and data quality activities.
- Combine data from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of performance.
- Contribute to ongoing reporting and analytics transformation projects.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL skills.
- Commercial experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience analysing digital, e-commerce, or customer journey data.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
- Retail, consumer, or customer-focused digital experience is highly desirable.
