Digital Analyst | Manchester (Hybrid) | £35,000
A fantastic client of ours, an established, award-winning growth marketing agency, is looking for a specialist to become their go-to expert for tracking and tagging across a genuinely varied client portfolio. This is a hands-on tracking and analytics role where you'll have real ownership over how tracking is built, maintained and improved across every client account, rather than being one voice in a bigger team.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning Google Tag Manager implementation and auditing across a client portfolio spanning a number of industries
- Building and maintaining Data Layers, ensuring accurate, reliable data flows through to GA4 and reporting
- Managing tracking setup and troubleshooting across Meta, Google Ads etc
- Auditing existing tracking implementations across client sites and apps to identify gaps and fix issues
- Working directly with client teams - presenting findings and troubleshooting in a client-facing capacity

You'll need:
- Solid, hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting in Google Tag Manager - not just familiarity
- Working knowledge of Data Layers and how to structure them for accurate, reliable tracking
- Practical experience with GA4
- Comfortable working with JavaScript to build or adapt custom tags and templates
- Experience auditing and resolving tracking issues across multiple sites or client accounts
