London (Hybrid – 3x Days a Week in Office)
£35,000-£40,000
The Company
A globally recognised premium lifestyle brand with an established international presence, operating across multiple product categories and markets, is seeking a Digital Analyst to join their team. The Digital Commerce team sits within the wider Business Planning & Analytics function, supporting digital performance across EMEA and LATAM, covering 74 markets. The team works across the full digital customer journey: from a customer landing on the website through to conversion. In the role you’ll be using & analysing data to improve customer experience, digital performance and marketing effectiveness. This is a small, collaborative analytics function with a strong focus on data storytelling, self-service analytics and turning analysis into meaningful commercial recommendations.
The Role
As the Digital Analyst, you'll analyse digital and eCommerce data to understand customer behaviour, identify opportunities and support better commercial decision-making. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Digital Commerce, Customer Journey and Performance Marketing, becoming a trusted analytics partner and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing digital and e-commerce data across multiple EMEA markets.
- Using SQL, Adobe Analytics and web analytics to understand customer behaviour and performance.
- Analysing customer journeys and on-site activity to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Supporting performance marketing and attribution analysis.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting for Digital stakeholders.
- Translating analysis into clear insights and recommendations through effective data storytelling.
- Supporting A/B testing and experimentation alongside the Customer Journey team.
- Carrying out web analytics QA, including tagging, data-layer and tracking validation.
- Bringing together data from marketing, customer and inventory sources.
- Supporting the development of the reporting environment as the team moves towards Databricks and Power BI.
- Helping develop scalable and increasingly automated reporting across the business.

Your Skills & Experience
I am looking for someone with strong analytical ability who can combine technical skills with excellent stakeholder communication.
You'll ideally have:
- Good Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Good SQL skills.
- A background in retail, e-commerce or another customer-focused environment where understanding customer journeys is important.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to turn analysis into clear, commercially relevant insights rather than simply producing reports.
- Experience with dashboards, reporting and data visualisation.
- An understanding of experimentation, A/B testing and web tracking would be highly beneficial.
