Digital Analyst
£40,000–£44,000 | Hybrid working | West London 2 days per week in the office
We’re recruiting a Digital Analyst to join a globally recognised e-commerce and digital retail business.
You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team providing insight and reporting across digital sales, marketing performance and customer behaviour.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into clear, practical insights that help commercial teams make better decisions.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing regular reporting and analysis across digital sales and digital marketing performance
- Identifying trends, opportunities and key performance drivers
- Supporting the teams with actionable insight
- Analysing campaigns, promotions and customer behaviour
- Helping improve reporting and analytics processes
- Presenting findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Supporting forecasting, planning and performance reviews

What we’re looking for
We’re ideally looking for someone with experience in digital marketing analysis, digital analytics or e-commerce analytics, who is comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into useful commercial insight.
Experience within retail or e-commerce would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
Experience or knowledge of the following would be particularly useful:

- Working with a data warehouse
- Adobe Analytics
- Tableau or another dashboard
- Excel and other analytical/reporting tools
You’ll also be a strong communicator, comfortable working with different stakeholders and able to explain complex analysis in a clear and straightforward way.

- Salary: £40,000–£44,000
- Flexible hybrid working
- 2 days per week in a West London office
