Role: Digital Analytics Executive

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in Clapham Junction

If you enjoy getting to the bottom of why the numbers look the way they do - not just reporting them, but understanding where they come from and what they mean - this is a role worth reading about. You will join our data and analytics team in a hands-on position, working with GA4, dashboards and cross-functional stakeholders to help us make smarter decisions about how we grow our membership and improve the digital experience for our members.

What you'll be doing

  • Analysing digital performance data in GA4 and translating findings into clear, actionable insights for teams across the business.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports that stakeholders in Ecommerce, Marketing, Product and CRM rely on day to day.
  • Monitoring data quality and integrity, investigating anomalies and helping to resolve tracking issues before they affect business decisions.
  • Collaborating with our specialist analytics agency on new tracking requirements, platform improvements and implementation projects.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams with data that helps improve website conversion, member acquisition and revenue from upgrades and add-ons.
  • Helping to build a connected view of customer behaviour across our website and mobile app.
  • Contributing ideas for how we collect, report and use digital data more effectively as our analytics capability grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
