Digital Analytics Lead

Up to £56,000 | Fully Remote | UK

A leading UK organisation is looking for a Digital Analytics Lead to take ownership of its digital measurement strategy and turn data into actionable insight.

This is a hands-on role working across digital product, marketing, data, and technology. You'll help define measurement strategies, improve tracking and data quality, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop digital measurement strategy
  • Audit and improve data layers and tracking
  • Work hands-on with GTM and GA4
  • Define technical tracking requirements and support implementation
  • Lead QA, governance, and consent-related activity
  • Analyse digital journeys and performance
  • Work closely with internal teams and external analytics agencies
  • Line manage one Digital Analytics specialist

About You

We're particularly looking for strong hands-on experience with GTM and data layers. You should be confident auditing existing implementations, identifying tracking gaps, and writing clear technical requirements.

Experience with GA4, BigQuery, Custom JavaScript/HTML, and digital measurement strategy would be highly beneficial.

You'll be a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
