Digital Analytics Lead
£50,000-£55,000 Fully Remote in The UK
The Company
This is an opportunity to join a high-profile organisation at the heart of UK tourism, working to promote Britain as a destination to visitors from around the world! With a global presence and a broad range of digital platforms, campaigns and customer journeys, the organisation is investing heavily in how it uses data and analytics to understand performance, improve digital experiences and support better decision-making. As the Digital Analytics Lead you will join the Digital, Data & Technology function, working closely with Digital Product, Marketing, Content, Data Science, BI, SEO and external agency partners.
The Role
As Digital Analytics Lead, you'll take ownership of the organisation's digital measurement strategy, ensuring that digital activity is measured effectively and that data can be translated into meaningful insight. This is a genuinely varied role combining digital analytics strategy, business analysis, technical implementation and stakeholder management. You'll design measurement frameworks, define KPIs and event taxonomies, and ensure measurement is embedded throughout major digital initiatives, from discovery through to optimisation. A key part of the role is being hands-on technically, particularly across Google Tag Manager and data layer strategy and implementation. You'll audit existing data layers, identify tracking gaps and produce clear technical specifications for web agencies and developers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
