About the Role

This is a role for someone who enjoys making data dependable and useful, not just producing dashboards.

You'll work with established eCommerce brands to build measurement foundations people can trust, turn performance data into clear commercial insight and solve complex tracking problems. Alongside specialists in CRO, SEO and Paid Media, you'll help clients understand what's happening, why it matters and what to do next.

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, challenge assumptions and take ownership of client outcomes, not simply complete tracking tickets or compile reports.

Why Join Proof3?

This isn't an agency where analytics ends with a monthly report.

You'll work across ambitious eCommerce brands, supported by specialists in CRO, SEO and Paid Media who actively use your work to improve performance rather than simply describe it.

You'll be trusted to shape measurement strategy, challenge clients constructively and focus on the data that matters: the data that improves decisions, customer experience and profitable growth.

You'll have variety without being treated as a reporting resource for everyone else. If you enjoy solving difficult problems, explaining them clearly and seeing your work influence what happens next, you'll fit right in.

How We Approach Data

At Proof3, we don't see data as a collection of dashboards, tags and platform metrics.

We combine sound measurement, careful implementation and commercial analysis to help clients make better decisions. Sometimes that means fixing a broken purchase event. Sometimes it means joining data from different sources. Sometimes it means showing that the apparent problem sits elsewhere.

Our approach starts with the business question and the decisions the data needs to support, not with a preferred tool or a standard reporting template.

We are clear about data quality and limitations, and we turn findings into practical recommendations. We measure success by the confidence and commercial impact our work creates, not the volume of reports we produce.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Lead measurement migrations and replatforming projects from discovery through to implementation, QA and post-launch validation.

  • Good understanding of consent management, data governance and privacy-aware measurement.
  • Comfortable working with developers to investigate tracking issues and deliver robust measurement implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify meaningful opportunities from customer, acquisition and performance data.
