Help shape the digital learning experience for educators in low-resource communities.

As our volunteer Apto Digital & AI Lead, you will guide our digital development and identify practical uses of AI that expand our reach and impact.

What difference will you make?

Technology is central to Aprender’s ambition to equip more teachers and school leaders without allowing geography, cost or limited internet access to become barriers.

Your expertise will help us make sound, practical choices about the development of Apto Connect and AptoBox. You will help ensure that our digital solutions are shaped by the realities of the communities we serve accessible, affordable, culturally responsive and effective in low-connectivity environments.

You will also help us explore AI with purpose. Rather than adopting technology for its own sake, we want to identify responsible applications that can strengthen learning, support educators, improve insight and reduce demands on our small team.

By bringing greater clarity and leadership to our digital work, you will strengthen our organisational capacity and enable staff and volunteers to focus their efforts more effectively. Ultimately, your contribution will help Aprender extend high-quality professional development to more educators, strengthen more schools and create better opportunities for children in some of the world’s most under-resourced communities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
