Digital & Social Media Manager
We're currently recruiting for a Digital & Social Media Manager to join a leading independent sports and marketing agency based in London.
The agency works with a range of high-profile international clients across sport, entertainment and wider consumer brands, delivering creative, digital and social campaigns across global markets.
This role will predominantly support a client based in the Middle East, so experience working with Middle Eastern clients, audiences and cultures is essential.
The successful candidate will bring strong digital and social media expertise, alongside a genuine understanding of the region. You'll support the development and delivery of digital and social strategies, content plans and campaigns, turning audience and cultural insights into engaging and effective communications.
It's a hands-on, client-facing role, so you'll be comfortable developing content, contributing ideas, managing relationships and leading project discussions.
You'll:
- Support the development of insight-driven digital and social media strategies.
- Develop and deliver content and campaigns, overseeing the creation, editing, curation and publishing of high-quality, platform-specific content.
- Apply a strong understanding of Middle Eastern cultures, audiences and behaviours to inform content, campaigns and client recommendations.
- Build trusted client relationships through confident, clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- Plan and deliver impactful real-time content, including supporting live events and reactive moments.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, cultural trends and emerging best practice.
- Track content and campaign performance, communicate key findings and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Support client work and live events at weekends, both remotely and onsite, when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
