Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist based in the United Kingdom. The specialist will manage and grow Artis’ presence across social media platforms, including planning content calendars, creating engaging posts, and monitoring community interactions. The role also involves:

  • Coordinating with internal teams to promote new collections, events, and showroom activities
  • Ensuring messaging is aligned with brand positioning
  • Staying current with digital trends in the foodservice and hospitality sectors to inform strategy and enhance Artis’ online visibility

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in social media management and content creation, including planning, publishing, and engaging with online communities.
  • Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution, with the ability to track and interpret analytics to improve performance.
  • Proficiency with social media and digital tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, basic image/video editing software, analytics dashboards).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistent brand tone.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and customer service teams and work independently on assigned projects.
  • Understanding of the hospitality or foodservice sector is advantageous, especially familiarity with premium tableware or related products.
  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or social media role; a relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time, on-site environment.
