Job Description

In this diverse and key role, with the help of the Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of Steven Eagell Group’s online presence and digital marketing strategy across a number of channels. You’ll ensure that every channel delivers an exceptional customer experience whilst also strengthening our brand and generating qualified leads.

Role

  • Planning, implementation and reporting for all digital marketing activity.
  • Manage Google Ads, SEO, and analytics, tracking campaign performance and reporting on KPIs.
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop and create effective social media campaigns.
  • Oversee all CRM activity and use insight to make changes to improve performance.
  • Manage website development roadmap, working with external providers to test and implement.
    • Including leading introduction of brand new Steven Eagell Group website in Q4 2026.
  • Maintain and improve online visibility through organic and paid channels.
  • Provide support for wider Steven Eagell Operations team with used car aggregator sites, image feeds and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Play a key role in the identification, implementation and measurement of new AI tools to augment the Group marketing activity.
  • Manage and build online reputation of Steven Eagell Group.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with General Manager, Marketing Manager, wider marketing team and external agencies to define plans for all digital and social marketing activity for each quarter.
  • Work closely with the OEM brands (Toyota and Lexus) to monitor marketing performance and suggest optimisations for the dealer network.
  • Implement cross-platform digital campaigns and ensure continuous optimisation of activity.
  • Liaise with website providers to ensure continued development of sites, in line with consumer behaviours and trends in the SEO/AEO/GEO industry.
  • Manage upkeep of all Steven Eagell Toyota & Lexus websites.
  • Supported by Digital Marketing Executive, implement all paid digital advertising, including liaising with external agencies as appropriate.
  • Lead implementation of all digital CRM activity across retail, aftersales and business areas and ensure all manufacturer marketing standards are met.
  • Provide reports and present results to a range of stakeholders internally and externally of all web and digital activity and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Complete quarterly marketing plans and manage submission of evidence, as per manufacturer requirements.
  • Comply with all Steven Eagell procedures and policies.
  • Complete marketing activity as directed by the General Manager and other reasonable requests by the Management team, including Sales, Aftersales and Fleet.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Automotive experience essential.
  • Proven experience managing websites.
  • Experience planning and delivering paid media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO, Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience working with email delivery platforms and reporting suites.
  • Excellent understanding of automotive used car aggregator platforms and websites.
  • Good data analytical skills.
  • Up to date knowledge of AI trends and understanding of strategic implementation of AI tools.
  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience pulling multiple sets of data together to provide actionable insight to shape future strategy.
  • Ideally you’ll have experience of people management.
