This creates an exciting opportunity for a Digital & App Lead to play a key role in driving our digital agenda and delivering meaningful change across the business.
Your Role And What You'll Be Doing
Technology, automation and data are playing an increasingly important role in how we deliver exceptional client service, improve operational performance and support future growth. As our Digital & App Lead, you'll play a key role in driving the digital agenda across the Private Client Group, helping to identify, design and implement innovative solutions that improve the way we work.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll act as the link between operational teams and technology, translating business challenges into practical, scalable digital solutions. Combining process improvement, business analysis and technical expertise, you'll lead the development and enhancement of applications, automations and reporting tools that drive efficiency, improve data visibility and support strategic business objectives.
Using Microsoft technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot, you'll help shape the future of digital working within the Private Client Group, championing innovation and encouraging the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual administration and enhance colleague and client experiences through technology-enabled solutions.
- Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into effective low-code applications, workflows and digital tools.
- Designing, building and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Developing automated processes that streamline operations, improve data quality and reduce operational risk.
- Creating reporting and insight solutions that support operational and commercial decision-making.
- Acting as a digital champion, promoting the effective use of technology, automation and AI-enabled tools across the business.
- Delivering training, guidance and coaching to support the successful adoption of new systems and digital solutions.
- Ensuring developments align with governance, security, compliance and data protection requirements.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Technology, Analytics and Operations to ensure solutions are aligned with wider business objectives and best practice.
- Supporting the continued development of digital capability within the business by sharing knowledge, encouraging innovation and promoting continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines technical capability with strong business awareness and a genuine passion for helping people work smarter through technology.
You'll enjoy engaging with stakeholders, understanding operational challenges and developing solutions that create meaningful improvements for colleagues, clients and the wider business. You'll be confident working independently, managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of solutions from concept through to delivery.
You'll bring:
- Experience developing digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical solutions.
- Experience working with technologies such as Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- An understanding of data governance, information management, security principles and compliance requirements.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and support colleagues at all levels.
- Experience delivering training, coaching or support to encourage adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
- The confidence to challenge existing processes constructively and recommend more effective approaches.
- Resilience, adaptability and a willingness to embrace emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
Experience within a legal or professional services environment, alongside exposure to Power BI, Dataverse architecture, DevOps or GitHub, would be advantageous but is not essential.
